Returns

  • Products that are damaged by the customer or show signs of use cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos of the item to help resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable)

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.
